Madrix crashes when Recording, after update

Worked fine before update to newest

Version 3.6e
Win10
Initiate record with patch and setup active - cue on or idle, crashes either at start or if it does start, upon stop press.

Rolled back to 3.6.4.1 and alls well again

Could you please provide more details?
– Have you enabled the synchronization with the Cue List?
– Could you send the Setup file to info[at]madrix.com?
– Would you be able to record a short video that shows the issue?
– Is it 32-bit or 64-bit Windows 10?

Thanks but after re-installation of newest version, issue absent, appears to be resolved.

Okay, I was able to recreate the issue. I was attempting to save the recording as I normally do, across the USB3.0 buss to a 3.0 thumb drive. This has worked ever since I upgraded from 2.14.
Once I redirected the save to a local drive, no recurrence.
The change threw me, but I can deal with it.

Hello ChrisCotton,

Does the problem to save MADRIX Records to the USB thumb drive still exist?
At the moment we can not reproduce it here in the office and we want to know some more about it.
If the problem still exists, can you please tell us some more about your MADRIX setup. We would like to know how longe is the record, what is the Matrix Size and what MADRIX effects do you want to record?
