Dear sirs
I Have recently upgraded Madrix 5.1a, in this version while selecting the lighting fixtures from library, I am not able to select most of the fixtures, message showing ''Fixtures could not be added''. Please help me how to solve this problem.

Please double check the postition where you want to patch your desired fixtures. At this postion no other fixture should be already located.

If you can't patch a fixture to an empty area of the patch and the issue occurs again, please send us the used MADRIX setup and logfile via e-mail to info[at]madrix[dot]com.

To save the setup go to "File > Save Setup as..." and enter a name.

Before you save the logfile please connect the MADRIX 5 KEY and try to patch a fixture until the issue occurs. After the issue occured please go in MADRIX to "Tools > Logfile", click the button "Save As..." and enter a name for the Logfile.
