10 pieces in a row and on all 16 outputs are connected

Welcome to the MADRIX forum.

Please check the DMX Start Addresses of the fixtures and also in your created MADRIX patch. The set DMX Start Address at the fixture must be the same like in the MADRIX Patch Editor.

Furthermore please double check the added fixtures in MADRIX. The fixtures of the MADRIX patch must be the same fixture like in the reality or at least it must have the same DMX channel assignment like the real fixture.
