Hi all,

i have a artnet YM LM501 , it s works well with madrix 3 my problem is with Madrix 5. it's impossible to connect my arnet
is this a Fireware problem or whatever (or MADRIX5 lock volontary ... like a ENTTEC ?)

The problem is with the Chinese Pixel Controller which does not correctly implement the Art-Net protocol.
Since MADRIX 5 MADRIX uses the Art-Net 4 standard for the synchronization of devices, which is obviously not supported by this controller.
We recommend to use MADRIX hardware like the MADRIX Nebula together with MADRIX software to get out of this kind of issues.
