MADRIX 5.4e Wont Start or Freezes While Trying to Start

Lately I haven't been able to get MADRIX 5.4e to open. Running the exe most of the time does nothing at all. Occasionally I can get the splash screen to come up but the program then freezes at "Primary GPU - max multi samples: 0".
Any ideas of what might be going on?

Hi ijveen,
Please double check if you have the following drivers installed under "C:\Windows\SysNative\drivers\":
- multikey.sys
- vusb.sys
If yes, please uninstall the software, which is using those drivers. Afterwards you should be able to use MADRIX 5 again.
