Hi,

I have found a similar topic and I have the same issue but on a different OS (Windows 11. ARM64 version. I didn't try on another Windows 11. X86 for example so probably this is only ARM issue)

The error "Please install the MADRIX Software again" happens right after the software starts.
1. Documents/MADRIX5 folder does not exist
2. One Madrix process in task manager
3. In Windows log found error due to installation of Code Meter white cryption drivers
4. No C:\Windows\SysNative\drivers\ folder exist

Sorry, but it is not possible to run MADRIX 5 on Windows 11 ARM64. This operating system is not supported.
Please use Windows 10 (64 bit) as stated in the system requirements of MADRIX 5.
