First 4 lrds not working

Hello, i have strange bug.
First 4 leds not working. They works perfect with fader tool, but doesn't work with effects. Another 2044 leds work great. And as i see a have this problem with different setups.

Hello stemper42,
It seems the MADRIX "DMX Fader Tool" is still active. Please make sure that all channels which you want to control with "MADRIX Effects" are "Off" (On is disabled) in the "DMX Fader Tool".

Please Note: The "DMX Fader Tool" works in LTP Mode in MADRIX and it is always the last one to send DMX data.

It's not active, i checked it.
It's happen from time to time. On different setups.

Hello stemper42,
It can happened on several reasons.
Please send us the "Setup" and the "Logfile" to info[at]madrix[dot]com. So we can check the problem exactly.

In MADRIX, go to "Tools > Logfile > Save To File..." and enter a name for the Logfile.
To save the Setup go to "File > Save Setup as..." and enter a name.
