Controlling led tube rgb lt-2816 48ch

Hi all, im having trouble with this dmx tube light. Im using enttec usb. I know that madrix dont care anymore about it. The problem is, it seem theres a delay between madrix and the tube. Ive tried to change the fps, standard is 1000ms/1fps . But still not working .IF any of you tried this setup, can u share with me.

I would recommend to adjust the FPS again. Try a setting such as 30 ms / 33.3 FPS or 40 ms / 25 FPS.

Please also activate 'Full Frames' and test your setup again.

thanks for replying.. no its not workin delay. the delay is about 1sec
