Setup: Win11, Madrix 5, 1x Nebula.
Nebula is detected, and configured for DMX Universe 1 to 8 and is online.

But still the DMX monitor does not show a single value (the pixel preview is showing a mix of the two running effects left and right, so there should be some color information for every pixel):

In the first moment it seems no valid MADRIX 5 KEY is connected to the PC.
Is MADRIX unlocked by a MADRIX 5 KEY?

If this is the case, can you please send us the used MADRIX setup and a MADRIX logfile when the MADRIX KEY is connected via e-mail to info[at]madrix[dot]com.
To save the Setup go to "File > Save Setup as..." and enter a name.
Please navigate in MADRIX to "Tools > Logfile", click the button "Save As..." and enter a name for the Logfile

Thanks for your answer. A new madrix key is connected but to be activated I need to wait for the reply from my dealer.

However, I was pretty sure I read that madrix is working even without a key provided, but limited to one hour and with the X and the hint about the missing key, floating around.

After activating the MADRIX 5 license at the MADRIX KEY you will be able to send the output data to the connected NEBULA.

In the past with MADRIX 3 (end of life since 2019) it was possible to output data in demo mode. But in MADRIX 5 there is no outout without a valid MADRIX 5 license.
