MADRIX AND VISUALIZER (WYSIWYG)

Hi , i was working with 3.6 v and wysiwyg 36 such visualizer and now I began to use the new version 5 but now i have 2 problem ..
the first one I don't know why the 3.6 does'nt work I can't open
the second one i can to open my files with the new version but the new version does't have visualizer?.

Welcome to the MADRIX forum.

Can you please download and install MADRIX 3.6h again and try to start it after the reinstallation.
You can download the latest MADRIX 3.6h version under the following link:

If you can't start MADRIX 3.6, can you please tell us if an error message appears?

MADRIX 5 doesn't support the direct connection to WYSIWYG like MADRIX 3. But you will have the possibility to send Art-Net or sACN data from MADRIX and receive this data in WYSIWYG. That means after you enable the sending of this data in MADRIX and receiving the data in WYSIWYG you can work as always with both programs.

Hi Guertler thank you for you replay, the error that appear is 'Error WK1117 WIBUKEY.SYS IS NOT INSTALLED' so I was trying to install and unistall even to delete with regedit old files...and anything ..
The second one i can't not to connect MADRIX 5 with wysiwyg through artnet....I think that in the last version 3.6 was easier and now I don't know...

Can you please contact us via e-mail about the error?
Could you also please add the logfile to your message. For the Logfile, go to 'Tools > Logfile… > Save As...' and enter a name for the Logfile. Please send us the files by e-mail.

Yes, as was already mentioned above, MADRIX 5 does not have direct WYSIWYG support anymore.

But like MADRIX 3, MADRIX 5 supports many standard protocols, such as Art-Net, sACN, and many more. Depending on the visualizer, these can be used directly or indirectly.

For example, in Capture (http://www.capturesweden.com) or Realizer (http://www.realizzer.com) you can work directly with Art-Net.
In the case of Cast's WYSIWYG, you can work with the WYGALIZER, for example. (http://forums.cast-soft.com/index.php?t ... reams.674/)

Hi thank you so much for your replay Fritzsche for I'm going to send you the file in version 3.6 another thing I have installed Wygalizer in my computer but does'nt work could be because I'm using also loopback adapter? or maybe is because i don't have the key still?
I think that i made the correct steps...but the networks are a little bit confused for me...

If you are using MADRIX 5 in the Demo Mode, it will not output any data. So you will not have any possibility to send the Art-Net data from MADRIX to the visualizer without a connected MADRIX KEY.
