I have Done this all thing also enable the citp in Madrix as well as in grand ma and grand ma is receiving the citp massage that's mean it is connected via citp I also configured the Madrix 3 in the layer and updated the thumbnails.there is no errors occurs during updating thumbnail .I wanna ask u o...

The point is that when i use vista with Madrix vista transmit Byron art net in Madrix device manager > artnet but in the case of grand ma when I scan in Madrix device manager I find nothing accept the ip address of Madrix 10.0.0.23

I have entered 10.0.023 for the ip address of the pc using for grand ma and the ip address of the pc usingb for Madrix is 10.0.0.39

Ip adrs of grand m a is 10.0.0.23 And the ip address of Madrix is 10.0.0.39 As I have mentioned before that I am able to get citp notification on grand ma with the ip adrs 10.0.0.39 also configured the fixture layer but I am confused in library subattribute ang image subattribute before update thumb...

It seems that something m missing coz Madrix have a control over grand ma but grand ma don't have any control over Madrix.when I move cursor on the wheel of storage cue in grand ma ..nothing occurs in Madrix.

sorry for the late reply, i am trying to connect madrix 3 with grand ma 2 by the mean of art net .i have done all the settings in madrix as well as in grand ma .i can se the citp in grand ma in green color and also update the thumbnails. but i fails to trigger the madrix from grand ma 2.

Sir I am using grand ma2 console and madrix 3 latest version here the point is that I am not able to connect madrix with grand ma 2 as I have seen many people doing madrix and grand ma together.
