I can't thank you guys enough for this new functionality, less than a month after i requested it! Great job.

I can't wait to design some new effects with 2.8.

I have an existing setup that I want to expand. I can easily add a few rows under Patches and everything is fine, it keeps the fixtures where they are relative to position 0,0 but here is the problem:

Every layer that has a "map" effect gets scaled and all the map effects no longer line up with the ...

Is there is way to copy a layer to another effect? Often I'll add a light and specific layers to control it but then need to copy these layers to other existing effects.

Currently only way is to manually write down the parameters and make a new layer by hand.

Also, it would be extremely helpful to ...

Once I understood how to define the range of output on a DMX channel (1-255) I was able to make my own panel with all the channels I needed and it worked.

I have 6 Chauvet ColorPanel 4's with Madrix and the Madrix USBone controller.

I can't get Madrix to properly control the panel. I'm using the CLS-Atmosphere LED preset in Madrix because this light looks identical to the Chauvet version, maybe they use sell under a different name in Europe?
