Some good news, Lightfactory have created a template to allow it to control Madrix using the dmx-in universal template. I understand that they are going to submit this to you as an XML file which can be imported in LightFactory

Stephen, I see Jim at San Devices is a Madrix supplier, did you buy Madrix through him. He should be able to get you going very easily as he will also understand the type of fixtures (RGB pixels) that you are using.
