No Madrix Key
I bought a new Madrix Nebula. It does not have a Madrix key, it was not included.
Also, although my outputs are set correctly for LED strips, I am receiving no output. The middle (output) preview is black, blackout is disabled, master is up, animations are on the left and right, but no output.

Welcome to the MADRIX forum.

When you have connected only a MADRIX NEBULA to the PC, MADRIX will still run in Demo Mode.
The NEBULA has no MADRIX license included.
To unlock MADRIX you will need an additional MADRIX KEY.
It depends on how many LEDs are connected to the NEBULA(s) which MADRIX KEY is necessary for you.

In case of connected NEBULA(s) you will need a KEY which unlocks the DMX output.

When the Main Output Preview is always black and you are sure that the Black Out is off and the Master is greater than 0, MADRIX is running in Demo Mode and MADRIX is running over an hour.

Thank you very much for your reply.
I restarted Madrix and set it to a single color output. My Nebula shows it is sending an output, however, my LEDs do not light up. Nebula is set to WS2811, wiring is proper, matrix is set up as a 1x50 strip that shows in the Madrix window, but the LEDs are not receiving voltage.

I restarted Madrix and set it to a single color output. My Nebula shows it is sending an output, however, my LEDs do not light up. Nebula is set to WS2811, wiring is proper, matrix is set up as a 1x50 strip that shows in the Madrix window, but the LEDs are not receiving voltage.

When I look to the image and see it correct you have connected the NEBULA via USB and Ethernet. But no external power. The LED stripe is connected to the NEBULA via GND, Data and V+. On the image it seems also that the LED stripe is also not connected to a power supply.
The power of the USB connection is not enough to feed the LEDs.
You need to connect the LED stripe also to a power supply. You can feed the LED's through the NEBULA when you have connected a power supply to the power port. The NEBULA can work with a voltage between 5V and 24V. You have to use the correct voltage according to your connected LEDs.
Under the following link beginning at page 9 you will find the different possibilities how you can connect the LEDs stripe, the NEBULA and the power supply:
