Mix Mode on Master/Global
I see you have a mix mode for individual layers, but do you have a way to choose the mix mode for the master? As in the mixing for Deck A / Deck B

Welcome to the MADRIX forum.
There are no mix modes to mix the output of Deck A and Deck B like you can mix via layers at a storage place. But MADRIX offers different crossfade type to fade between Deck A and Deck B. More about the fade types you can learn under the following link:
