Just want to ask for advice on our issue with Madrix 5 SCE video effect triggered by SMPTE Timecode in our Lighting show. We encountered that when we stop the timecode in between the show, the video effect is still running and sending output. Is there any way to cut or blackout the output whenever we stop the timecode other than manually stopping the effect?
