WS2811 WS2812 One working the other does not
I have a mixture of WS2811 12V nodes and WS2812 12V strips. The HinksPix controller can run both strings in test mode, but Madrix will only output to the WS2811 12V nodes, with the strips totally dark. I've been using Madrix for 10 years and have an ultimate license, so it is not a firewall or network issue. I been using the generic RGB pixel in the patch, but I'm thinking that since these are strips of 30 pixels that they need some other protocol. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

To further analyze the issue please send us your MADRIX 5 setup and a logfile to info[at]madrix[dot]com. To save the logfile please start MADRIX and select "Tools" > "Logfile...", click the button "Save As..." and enter a name for the logfile.
Do you send the data via Art-Net or sACN? Does the interface comply to either one of those standards?
Do you send data in broadcast or unicast mode?
