MADRIX RADAR - Connected RDM devices not detected
Issue:
RDM devices connected to third-party RDM Art-Net nodes are not discovered by RADAR.
Possible reasons for the issues:
The connected Art-Net node does not automatically generate the TOD (Table of Devices) data.
Possible Solution:
In RADAR, activate “Force RDM discovery by sending ArtTodControl.AtcFlush to the interfaces” in the “Interoperability” tab under Preferences > Options.
Note:
The ArtTodControl.AtcFlush command will be sent to all interfaces in the network. This will delete and regenerate the TOD table for all interfaces, which may increase the response time for RDM requests.
