MIDI Controller - Jump to Audio Segment

I have an external MIDI source that is, I suppose, considered a 'wheel' as it doesn't necessarily toggle on/off like a switch. I'm needing to jump back and forth between audio segments in a timeline using this MIDI controller. Is there a way to set parameters to make the audio jump both forward and backward in a timeline using that controller?

There is MIDI remote control function available to switch between audio segments. Your will find it in the MIDI Remote Editor via "Timelines" > "Goto" > "Goto Audio Segment".
