MADRIX WYSIWYG DRIVER

HI EVERYBODY.

I have Wysiwyg Release 33 and its trying Madrix 3.2 Demo, but i have some problems with the MADRIX WYSIWYG DRIVER, when that driver its installed on the pc, i cant open the Wyg software, but if uninstall the driver wyg work normally. I read the user manual but dont have topics about the problem.

PC Intel Core I7 3.4 GHz
16 GB Ram
Nvidia GForce 2 GB
Windows 7 Pro

Welcome to the MADRIX forum.

I am sorry to hear about this problem.
There is a bug in the MADRIX WYSIWYG driver at the moment. This bug will be fixed in the release of MADRIX 3.3.
.
At the moment we offer the following workaround:
1.) Please unistall the MADRIX WYSIWYG driver and restart your PC.
2.) Now please download the MADRIX WYSIWYG driver from our homepage (http://www.madrix.com/download/MadrixWygInstall.exe) and install this one.

Now the WYSIWYG R33 should start and you can work with MADRIX and WYSIWYG.
