Patch Problem, signal stops after first pixel.

I am new to MADRIX and I have some issues regarding patching the system of pixels (around 3000). I am using Deskotrol Art-Net controllers with 6 universes each. So far, everything is going great, except the last universe. I can only control the first pixel, and then nothing. Maybe I did something wrong with the patch and I don't know what is it. It is not hardware problem. I can test the whole universe in device manager and it works great when I highlight it. When I turn on WMX watcher i can see MADRIX is sending information for only one pixel (the first one).
Did anyone experience the same problem? Any help with that?

How many dmx channel you like to send in total exactly? What kind of MADRIX Key you have?

We are using Professional KEY, and we have plenty of spare DMX channels left unused.

I think theres is something wrong with devices name. I think the problem is if there might be name duplicates.

The problem was: The used MADRIX KEY is a KEY basic which unlocks 16 DMX universes. But in total 18 DMX universes will be needed.

The solution is to upgrade to MADRIX KEY professional. This KEY unlocks 64 DMX universes.

Guertler is right. The key was given by our client as it was part of their previous system and he said it is a Professional KEY.
