KEY DVI

Hi all,
I have a question, i bought this key, DVI, but now i have an Artnet device, Can i use this key to these features? If not, how can I change my licence to KEY BASIC? there is an upgrade?, they have same price.

Welcome to the MADRIX forum.

With a MADRIX KEY dvi it is not possible to control Art-Net data. But you can get a sidegrade free of charge to a MADRIX KEY basic. After the sidegrade your MADRIX KEY is able to send 16 universes DMX and no DVI output.

Please contact your local MADRIX dealer for the sidegrade from MADRIX KEY dvi to MADRIX KEY basic.
