Fixing A problem Madrix Dvi

Hi i hope u could help me.

i am using madrix Dvi and I have a problem
the output work only if i got screen with vga connected.

Welcome to the MADRIX forum.

When you have a MADRIX KEY dvi this will unlock the output of DVI, VGA, HDMI, T9 and 5A.
A MADRIX KEY dvi will not unlock the DMX output.
.
Maybe you can explain us a bit more what you want to connect to MADRIX?

hi Guertler Thank you for answering me,

i have conncted tube led with esay player

and i have a touch screen connected on the dvi output from my computer,
but the output from madrix work only if i am connecting additionel screen to the vga output.

i am asking i f there is a way to use only one screen connected to the Dvi output.

You can easiely move the MADRIX Touch interface to another display. Therefor please press the "Tab" Key on your keyboard. In the following link you can learn more about the MADRIX Touch interface:

Also you can move the position of your dvi output window. In the following link you can learn how you can change the settings of the DVI output window:
