Going from NEO to LUNA
Hi,
We are using LED tubes that previously were set to 24 channels per meter using 2 universes on 2 NEOs. Now we are upping the resolution to 48 channels per meter and moving over to LUNA. When we connect the tubes to the LUNA we are not able to get it to all look like one display.
Universe 1 is running in the proper resolution (on tubes 1-10) but tubes 11-20 are not running properly. If we swap tubes 11-20 to Universe 1 they work properly so it's not an issue of a cable or the lights being bad.
We programmed tube 1 to start at 1 and then tube 11 also starts at pixel 1. How do we get it to run the 2 Universes together correctly to act as one big display?

Your explanation of the issue can have several reasons:
- You have create a wrong assignment in the Patch Editor. Please open the Patch Editor in MADRIX and double check if the fixtures which should be assigned to universe 2 are really assigned to universe 2 and they are loacated on the correct possition.

- The DMX universe assignment in the MADRIX Device Manager is wrong. Please open the "DMX Devices" tab of the MADRIX Device Manger and check if Port 1 is assigend to universe 1 and Port 2 is assigned to universe 2.

If the issue is still existing after you checked the options, please send us the MADRIX setup and logfile via e-mail to info[at]madrix[dot]com.
To save a logfile please go in MADRIX to "Tools > Logfile", click the button "Save As..." and enter a name for the Logfile.
To save the Setup go to "File > Save Setup as..." and enter a name.
