SMPTE without Madrix USB SMPTE
SMPTE without Madrix USB SMPTE
Is it possible to running cue list program timecode with smpte without Madrix USB SMPTE ?
In my case :
I use Laptop A and B
- at laptop A, I use software for timecode lighting, multimedia and madrix,
I sent audio smpte track from usb soundcard behringer mixer,
output to Grandma2 Light for lighting,
Resolume Arena 6 for multimedia,
and also Madrix 5 at Laptop B
- at Laptop B, Madrix 5, I use also usb soundcard to get audio line input from Laptop A,
I got the audio, at AGC bar signal is good, I can use S2L or M2L program
but at cue list, the smpte timecode not show the time, or not works
if I use the Midi for timecode, the time show and timecode cue list works fine
Is it Madrix just can run the SMPTE timecode with Madrix USB SMPTE hardware ?

Hello moonvis,
Welcome to the MADRIX forum.
When you want to trigger the MADRIX Cue Liste via SMPTE timecode, you will need to use the MADRIX USB SMPTE interface. Under the following link you will find more information about the MADRIX USB SMPTE interface:

It is not possible to use an input of the soundcard to receive the SMPTE signal in MADRIX.
