Light show from cues
I'm trying to setup a light show using cues and really struggling to try to achieve 3d effects like a level based rise through the middle of the pixels (a bit like a mountain rising and falling), to be able to swell the lights, the S2L programs just aren't doing what I want as they haven't got the ability to pick a frequency closely enough.
Is there some other software I should be using to try to run this to music and have specific time cues etc.
I'm used to using Madrix live in the fitness/club environments, but not in a static installation which just repeats the same song and show.
Anyone got any suggestions as I'm banging my head against a brick wall here.

Re: Light show from cues
Hi webcentrik,
You might want to have a look on a software which is able to supply / send time code to MADRIX 5. This would allow you to easily synchronize the MADRIX effects with the music. That means you can create a Cue List and each Cue will be started based on the received time code. Unfortunately I can't recommend a certain software product, since there are too many of those on the market.
MADRIX supports receiving the following time codes:
- Art-Net
- MIDI Time Code
- SMPT
- System Time
I hope this helps you.
