Hello everyone,

I've a question about my madrix key. Whene i put the usb stick in my usb port it doens't unlock the Madrix software. In my windows screen shows up a message that the driver is making a big error in windows.

What could it be?

I hope there is a solution to fix it.

I try it with another PC with madrix 3.6g and it gives the same bug. Is no program running then is there no problem but when I started madrix then the flickering leds begins...

I can't open video files with my Madrix 3.5.

When i open a file then i get an error in the midle of my screen. The message is effect video file S1 P50 L1 error loding video file.
