Reason for the issue:
The used Windows service, which is responsible for the e-mail authentication is no longer available.

Solution:
We are working on a solution which will be released with the next MADRIX RADAR version (RADAR 1.3)

MADRIX 3 won’t run on the Windows Operating System Windows 11 with Update 22H2 and newer.
If the Windows 11 operating sytem is present, please update your MADRIX license.

The supported Operating Systems for MADRIX 3 are Windows 7 to Windows 10.
