.dxd to aura master and slave?
Hey
It's possible de create .mrec loop in Madrix then convert it in
.dxd and send it to the aura master?
How the master will send the universes data to the slave ?

Re: .dxd to aura master and slave?
Hi PLebegue,
- All devices need to have their designated *.dxd files. The master is not distributing the universes to the slave. For example if you have two MADRIX AURA 32 (one master one slave), the master would contain *.dxd files for universe 1-32 and the slave for universe 33-64.
- Each device is basically outputting data for its part of the matrice / installation, thus each device needs to contain the corresponding files.
- Yes, you can convert *.mrec files into the *.dxd format for multiple devices. It's possible de create .mrec loop in Madrix then convert it in .dxd and send it to the aura master? How the master will send the universes data to the slave ?

Hey,
Thank you for the reply
So, I need to record all my cue twice? If I want to use the loop finder in Madrix that sound like a complicated process.

Re: .dxd to aura master and slave?
Hi PLebegue,
You don't have to record the scenes twice. Just record your scene in the *.mrec format and then use the "AUTO" or "+" button in the "DXD Conversion" tab of "Record Editing" menu. This will create multiple *.dxd files, one for each AURA device. So lets say you your matrice consists of 14 universes and each AURA has to output 2 universes. MADRIX 5 will create *.dxd files with 2 universes each, one with universe 1,2, the second one with universe 3,4 and so on. After the conversion you will need to upload the scenes for universe 1 and 2 to the master AURA, the scenes for universe 3,4 to the first slave, the scenes for universe 5, 6 to the second slave,...
