Input Video fail, i need help

I am a new user of the MADRIX , When i use (SCE Video) , I input a mp4 video but the program said [Effect Video S2P2L1 Error Loading Video] !!!! what should i do ??

I have been already checked the video , It is fine , but i can't input to the software

And How Can I play more than Two video effect at the same time?

Welcome to the MADRIX forum.

If you want to playback a video in MADRIX 3, the PC must have the desired codec installed. Also if the video will be played back with another media player. For the playback in MADRIX a codec is required. We recommend to insall a codec pack which includes the codecs for different video sources.

To playback more than 2 videos/MADRIX effects at the same time you will need to work with layers and the mapping.
